Founded in 2022, Bolder Advisory relies on a multidisciplinary team with sharp, recognized expertise, covering the entire value chain in an « end-to-end » manner, gained through numerous successful projects in the financial sector.

We are looking for several high-potential individuals to strengthen our team, which supports our clients in addressing numerous regulatory and compliance challenges (GDPR, AML/CFT, KYC, Sapin II, FATCA/AEOI, financial security, SFDR, etc.), particularly within compliance departments.

To accelerate our growth and expand our teams, we are recruiting Junior Consultants (recent graduates) and Experienced Consultants (more than 2 years of experience).

 

Your missions

Your assignments within our firm will revolve around the following:

  • Assist in the transformation and optimization of Compliance, Internal Control, Legal, and Ethics functions/departments.
  • Evaluate, define, and implement frameworks for mapping and managing processes and risks, including operational, ethical, and deontological risks.
  • Lead initiatives to renew risk maps, draft control procedures, and design and deploy effective control plans.
  • Conduct thorough diagnostics and audits to ensure adherence to evolving regulatory requirements.
  • Spearhead the identification and implementation of cutting-edge solutions (RPA, AI, Chatbots, etc.) to enhance compliance processes and effectiveness.
  • Assess and refine internal control policies and operational procedures to align with best practices.
  • Develop and implement regulatory reporting solutions that meet the latest industry standards and expectations.
  • Contribute to the growth of our compliance expertise through continuous learning, thought leadership, and knowledge sharing.
  • Support business development efforts by crafting compelling commercial proposals, identifying emerging client needs, and taking a proactive role in internal projects.

 

Your qualifications

  • You are a graduate of a top business school, engineering school, or hold a master’s degree in finance, economics, management, or an equivalent field.
  • With a strong dual competency in both functional and business areas, you have proven experience in the domains cited above and are capable of leading or participating in ambitious projects. You can establish and cultivate lasting relationships with clients within international groups.
  • You possess strong analytical and synthesis skills, enabling you to effectively break down complex issues and develop comprehensive solutions.
  • You have excellent organizational skills and can adapt quickly to changing environments and project demands.
  • You are dynamic, motivated, enterprising, and curious, always seeking new challenges and opportunities for growth.
  • You speak French and English fluently

 

Location

You will be based in Paris under a permanent contract (CDI).
