We are looking for several high-potential individuals to strengthen our dynamic and multidisciplinary team, which covers various missions combining functional, organizational, and technological dimensions, from strategic planning to the implementation of new operational models for the financial departments of our clients.

To accelerate our growth and expand our teams, we are recruiting Experienced / Senior Finance & Strategy Consultants (more than 2 years of experience), with proven experience within Financial Services (Retail Banking, Asset management, CIB, Private Banking and Wealth management, Microfinance, Leasing & Factoring,…).

 

Your missions:

Your assignments within our firm will revolve around the following themes:

  • Transforming Finance Organizations: Conduct organizational diagnostics, define and implement target operating models to drive efficiency and effectiveness within finance functions.
  • Enhancing Performance Management: Lead initiatives to redesign management processes and systems, including budgeting and forecasting, to optimize the management cycle and improve overall performance.
  • Strengthening Management Control: Conduct diagnostics and provide strategic recommendations to enhance the management control function, ensuring robust financial oversight and governance.
  • Managing Strategic Projects: Oversee and coordinate project initiatives, ensuring effective risk management, budget adherence, resource allocation, and comprehensive reporting to stakeholders.
  • ERP and Technological Integration: Provide expert assistance in ERP finance projects (SAP, Oracle) and leverage new technological advancements to enhance finance functions. This includes conducting preliminary studies, defining requirements, selecting solutions, drafting functional specifications, and developing deployment and change management strategies.
  • Driving Process Optimization: Implement lean management principles, digitization, and automation to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Data Analytics and Visualization: Design and implement core models and advanced data analytics/data visualization solutions to support informed decision-making and strategic planning.
  • Contributing to Business Development: Actively participate in business development activities by contributing to commercial proposals, identifying emerging client needs, and demonstrating a proactive and enthusiastic approach to internal projects.

 

Your Qualifications

  • You are a graduate of a top business school, engineering school, or hold a master’s degree in finance, economics, management, or an equivalent field.
  • With a strong dual competency in both functional and business areas, you bring significant experience in finance, strategy, and organization, either within consulting firms or a banking environment. You have proven expertise in the domains listed above and are capable of leading or participating in ambitious projects. You can establish and cultivate lasting relationships with clients within international groups.
  • You possess strong analytical and synthesis skills, enabling you to effectively break down complex issues and develop comprehensive solutions.
  • You have excellent organizational skills and can adapt quickly to changing environments and project demands.
  • You are dynamic, motivated, enterprising, and curious, always seeking new challenges and opportunities for growth.
  • You speak French and English fluently
